Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific shipping instructions.

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated fulfillment center.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
